Hi, I’m Lauren Cranmer, RN. I’m a wife and mom of two who believes that true healing is a ritual, not just a remedy.
I spent the majority of my nursing career in reproductive endocrinology and fertility care, helping women navigate complex treatments with compassion and education. But my path took a deeply personal turn when I was diagnosed with breast cancer while pregnant with my daughter.
That season changed everything. It forced me to step away from the clinical world and dive deep into my own recovery. During that time, I realized that modern medicine is vital, but foundational health (nourishing your body at the cellular level) is what allows us to truly thrive. I spent my recovery immersed in the study of holistic nutrition and mineral analysis, learning how to rebuild resilience from the ground up.
That journey eventually inspired the creation of Blends by the Shore, where I began crafting botanical wellness products rooted in the same philosophy of simple, supportive care. What started with homemade elderberry syrup for my daughter grew into a collection of herbal teas, refreshers, and wellness products designed to make healthy daily rituals feel approachable and sustainable.
Now, through Nurse by the Shore, I’ve combined my clinical background with my passion for functional wellness. I’m here to bring high-level, RN-led care directly to you.
